French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while representing our brand with empathy and clarity.

Key responsibilities
