French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will assist customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional, clear, and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify trends, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and represent the brand with professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems (a plus).
