About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, professional assistance to our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning everyday questions into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log every interaction precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience in bilingual support is a plus.
