French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional, clear, and friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step toward solutions.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and product information.
• Represent the brand with care, professionalism, and patience.

Required profile

• 1+ year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
