Account Manager – Graduate Role in Telecom

About the role

Huawei is looking for a graduate Account Manager to serve as the primary interface with a major telecom operator in Burkina Faso. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships across mobile, fixed, B2B and digital financial services, and offers a clear path toward senior sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Huawei’s first point of contact for the operator, establishing multi‑level relationships and trusted partnerships.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities in enterprise connectivity, fiber expansion and digital services.
• Support the Account Director in contract negotiations, project coordination and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with internal product, delivery and service teams to ensure end‑to‑end project success.
• Track pipeline, prepare forecasts and provide market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025/2026) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• 1–2 years of internship or project experience, preferably in telecom, IT or B2B sales.
• Fluent French (business level) and working proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
