Indirect Sales Officer

About the role

The Indirect Sales Officer reports to the Regional Indirect Sales Manager and ensures efficient order processing and delivery for dealers across West Africa. The role focuses on improving dealer satisfaction and operational efficiency, allowing the manager to concentrate on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process dealer orders and provide end‑to‑end follow‑up.
• Monitor order progress, identify delays, and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, customer service, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring clear communication.
• Track product availability, lead times, and flag supply risks with solutions.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, or customer service.
• Experience in a B2B environment and familiarity with dealer networks is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems (BPCS and/or M3).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (optional).
