Family Coordinator

About the role

We are an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider dedicated to supporting families from the first conversation. The Family Coordinator ensures a smooth and caring onboarding experience, guiding families through every step of setting up services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new families, welcoming them to the program.
• Guide families through intake procedures, collect required documentation, and schedule appointments.
• Communicate regularly by phone and email to answer questions and address concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely service setup.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all family interactions and documentation.

Required profile

• Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional and empathetic communication style.
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.
