Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will engage with customers across French‑speaking regions, providing friendly, solution‑focused assistance through chat, email, and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience using Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
