UX/UI Designer – Product & Marketing Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and needs a world‑class UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, high‑converting product and marketing experiences. You will work closely with the CEO, product managers and engineers to turn complex workflows into beautiful, user‑friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows and integrations for the core SaaS product.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages and demo flows.
• Define, maintain and evolve the company design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation of designs.

Required profile

• Passion for solving real problems for B2C brands through design.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, global environment.
• Strong communication skills to partner with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing and A/B testing.
