About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Training Administrator to support our mission of making Africa cashless. Based in our Ouagadougou office, you will ensure that agents, distributors and staff attend and benefit from our training sessions while handling all logistical and administrative aspects.
Key responsibilities
- Call and invite participants to in‑region training sessions organized by trainers.
- Maintain accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules and attendance sheets.
- Design and monitor a dashboard for key training metrics.
- Book training rooms, set them up, and prepare instructional materials and feedback forms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants, handling daily training requests.
- Develop creative approaches to present training programs.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on training activities and results.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, IT or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
