Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The project seeks a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to support satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems, satellite connectivity, and the development and uptake of space‑based applications across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems.
• Facilitate the development and adoption of satellite‑based connectivity applications throughout African markets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications or satellite connectivity.
• At least 4 years of experience with GNSS, SBAS, aviation or maritime applications, or satellite broadband.
• Working knowledge of Galileo, EGNOS, IRIS² and relevant African navigation initiatives is a plus.
