Software Engineer Annotator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Annotator to work remotely worldwide. In this role you will evaluate, label, and improve software engineering datasets that are used to train Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate and review software engineering datasets for AI training.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.
• Label datasets covering code completion, debugging, refactoring, and optimization tasks.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance.
• Ensure compliance with annotation guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with AI trainers, reviewers, and data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Prior experience in data annotation, AI training, or code review.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with APIs, backend systems, and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of AI, machine learning, or LLMs is a plus.
