Senior Ad Ops & Measurement Lead

About the role

Bublishing runs high-volume paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, AppLovin and emerging channels, with ad accounts in many countries. The operational infrastructure and measurement layer behind the ads is as critical as the ads themselves, and today it is fragmented. This is a senior, full-time, remote (worldwide) role reporting to the Founder / CEO, paid $3,000-$4,500 per month, for someone who has done this at scale and can work independently from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Ad operations: manage multi-channel ad accounts (setup, permissions, billing, spend limits, configuration), set up new accounts and prepare for market expansion
• Tracking: pixel, CAPI and server-side tracking, event health, QA and root-cause debugging when tracking breaks
• Attribution: configure and manage multi-touch attribution tools, enforce naming conventions, UTM frameworks and campaign taxonomy, and build anomaly detection to catch bad spend early
• Bridge the gap between media buying, engineering and finance so the numbers everyone optimizes against are trustworthy

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on ad ops and measurement experience at significant multi-channel spend levels
• Deeply technical approach to pixel implementation, CAPI and server-side tracking, with strong data quality instincts
• Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, including the difference between platform-reported and actual performance
• Works well with media buyers, engineers and finance without hand-holding
