Regional Finance and Operations Manager

About the role

Cordaid is seeking a Regional Finance and Operations Manager to lead financial and operational activities in Burkina Faso. The role is part of Cordaid’s regional team that works closely with local partners to deliver development and humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of finance and operations for the country programme.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal financial policies.
• Support the implementation of health, education, agrifood and justice initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in finance and operations management within development or humanitarian contexts.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance and reporting.
