About the role

Carrefour Market is looking for a Store Department Manager to lead a supermarket aisle. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the department while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of collaborators.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Drive the commercial dynamics of the assigned department.
• Manage the department’s profit and loss account.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Promote the development of team members’ skills.
