Ingénieur d'affaires – Business Development & Recrutement

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Engineer (Ingénieur d'affaires) to join the commercial team of SEGULA Technologies. The role combines business development, recruitment and management responsibilities to drive growth of our engineering services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect clients by phone and arrange meetings to understand and analyse their needs.
• Prepare and respond to calls for tenders, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source candidates on job boards and LinkedIn, conduct interviews and propose contracts for consultants.
• Monitor ongoing missions, ensure client and consultant satisfaction, anticipate training needs and support professional development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews with team members.

Required profile

• Engineering or business degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position selling services or engineering solutions.
• Strong relational skills, a taste for challenge and commercial drive.
• Motivated, dynamic and rigorous with a desire for professional growth.
