Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. As an independent contractor you will own the paid‑search strategy, building, scaling and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and ensure data flows into Google Analytics 4.
• Perform A/B testing and continuous optimisation to improve conversion rates.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts or internal projects.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue to the wider team.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads certification (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate them into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
