French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in both French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
