French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Accurately log all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Experience with CRM or e‑commerce platforms.
