Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be based full‑time on‑site in Ouagadougou, leading the growth and engagement of ChozekAI’s user and partner community across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate community platforms, respond to member inquiries and gather feedback.
• Plan and execute community events and coordinate initiatives with marketing and product teams.
• Create inclusive content for forums, social media, newsletters and other communication channels.
• Monitor community metrics, report insights and identify opportunities to improve member experience.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for all participants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community engagement, moderation of online groups and fostering constructive discussions.
• Strong written communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Organizational and project‑management abilities to plan events and track outcomes.
• Basic understanding of technology topics such as data analytics, cloud services or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, social sciences or equivalent practical experience.
