Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. The role combines storytelling, video production and community engagement to grow our audience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film and edit high‑quality videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera, producing reels, TikToks and static posts.
• Monitor all social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture an active community.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Own a high‑performance laptop capable of running editing software and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and effective time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
