About the role

60 Decibels is seeking a remote Survey Specialist to conduct phone surveys for client projects. You will gather customer and beneficiary feedback, ensuring high‑quality data that supports impact measurement and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Join project onboarding calls to understand survey context and objectives.
• Conduct phone interviews with listed respondents, confirming identity and explaining the survey purpose.
• Achieve daily survey completion targets while reporting any obstacles promptly.
• Enter respondents’ answers verbatim into the 60dB platform, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Provide regular progress updates and address quality‑check feedback within agreed timelines.
• Uphold data privacy and integrity by following all 60dB procedures.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of independent task management.
• Proven ability to build rapport with respondents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data recording.
• Fluent English for clear verbal and written communication.
