Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (or similar).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
