Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, turning questions into positive experiences and helping them navigate our e-commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights from customers to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate daily with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar help-desk platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
