Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the voice that helps customers from French‑speaking regions resolve issues, track orders, and get product information through calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
