Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. The role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and turning frustrated experiences into positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
