Premium Cash Officer

About the role

The Premium Cash Officer will work within a premium agency to oversee daily cash operations, support cash assistants, and ensure smooth liquidity management for our customers and agents across Burkina Faso.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows between the Safe and PCA accounts.
• Conduct end‑of‑day cash counting and produce accurate daily statements.
• Record all cash‑management transactions in the treasury system.
• Request and allocate sufficient funds to maintain balance with agents and clients.
• Coordinate cash‑in‑transit activities and report any discrepancies.
• Identify and report counterfeit bills to management.
• Maintain office furniture, materials, and security standards.
• Escalate relevant feedback that may affect agency performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or liquidity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in French.
• Work authorization for Burkina Faso.
