Partner Operations Representative

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa. As a Partner Operations Representative you will help integrate and maintain bill‑payment services in our mobile app, ensuring reliability, funding business accounts, and fostering strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated operational cases from support teams.
• Interpret user data and Sigma charts to inform partners.
• Perform collections, forecasts, reconciliations and monitor their effectiveness.
• Communicate issues, claims, and outages clearly with partners and internal teams.
• Escalate critical incidents to partners and coordinate resolutions.
• Draft and ship public announcements under supervision.
• Maintain organized notes and effective communication via Slack and Google Suite.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other departments to convey precise requirements.

Required profile

• Resourceful, determined, tenacious and diligent.
• Strong multitasking ability and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing fintech environment.
