About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing high‑quality products within an assigned work area of the factory. The role requires strict adherence to work instructions, drawings, and company policies while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow production instructions, processes, drawings and workshop policies.
• Ensure the quality of all products produced and report any defects.
• Execute tasks assigned by the team leader or supervisor.
• Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Keep machinery, equipment and tools in good condition.
• Report safety issues, quality concerns and any abnormal situations to superiors.
• Suggest improvements for safety, quality, productivity and the working environment.
• Participate in EHS training and apply safety procedures on the shop floor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Completed training for the specific production tasks.
• Relevant certificates as required by the job.
• Understanding of and compliance with safety procedures and industrial hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
• Honesty, good discipline and a positive attitude.
