Import/Export Coordinator

About the role

Join Epiroc West Africa as an Import & Export Coordinator, responsible for keeping the regional supply chain moving efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements. You will work closely with clearing agents, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipments across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all import and export activities, providing clearing instructions to appointed agents.
• Ensure compliance with legal and documentation requirements for all shipments.
• Plan and manage international shipments from product companies to customer centres.
• Support regional countries with import/export documentation, VAT and related compliance.
• Monitor and expedite ocean and road freight, tracking ETDs and ETAs and providing status updates.
• Collaborate across functions and undertake additional supply chain tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supply chain experience.
• Good understanding of domestic and international sales‑order throughput processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and execution capabilities with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive, collaborative and business‑oriented attitude capable of driving results across functions.
