Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition across multiple channels. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own the growth engine, experiment rapidly, and work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, test and iterate on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and funnels, continuously optimizing conversion metrics.
• Track all experiments and metrics, turning data into clear growth narratives.

• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for data and attribution.
