French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share feedback and insights that help improve our products and processes.
• Collaborate with a distributed team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional home workspace with a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
