About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while reinforcing brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Full fluency in spoken and written French and English.

• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a distributed team.
