French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in French and English across calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team to stay aligned on goals.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
