About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through voice calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Required skills
