French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and effective solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and resolve them efficiently.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
