French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, handling inbound calls, live‑chat, and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
