French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step-by-step and guide them to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
