French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support through calls and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log all interactions precisely in our ticketing system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
