French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log every interaction in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for ticket management.
