French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. As the primary voice for our brand, you will assist French‑speaking customers through phone calls and live chat, ensuring every interaction is helpful and courteous.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice and chat channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

• Patient, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
