Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and launch a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to validate and grow a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential market opportunities and define a new product or vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, build and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data‑driven decisions and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive leadership.
