Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and lead a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure, and customer base to launch a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities for new products or verticals.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, build, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Present progress to founders and the executive team.
