Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level assistance for homeowners using a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and manage related cases.
• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, providing timely assistance and escalating complaints when needed.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate records of call history and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on process and platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer service experience with the ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication under pressure.
• Availability to work CET schedule, including mandatory weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or other online collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office tools.
• Comfortable using Windows 11 or macOS, a wired USB headset, and a stable broadband connection.
