About the role

Cargill is seeking an experienced Line Operator to join its specialized portfolio enterprise, supporting diverse businesses such as animal nutrition, bio‑industrial products, and road safety salt. The role involves operating and monitoring production lines to ensure product specifications are met while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines that require moderate configuration.
• Feed materials, operate, and monitor equipment according to production schedules.
• Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot first‑level machine issues and escalate complex problems.
• Track production and quality data both manually and electronically.
• Operate powered mobile equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Unload and prepare finished products for movement.
• Apply lockout‑tagout procedures and other safety protocols.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a line operator in the agri‑food industry.
• Strong knowledge of production environments and associated constraints.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (3 × 7) and availability from Monday to Saturday midday.
• No allergies to powders or flours.
• Personal vehicle required for site access.
