About the role
We are seeking a lawyer‑trainee to join our Innovation team and start a bar traineeship focused on commercial contracting. The role offers hands‑on experience with agency, reseller and distribution agreements as well as commercial trade practices, supporting clients working with emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, including agency, reseller and distribution arrangements.
- Advise on commercial trade practices and compliance.
- Support clients developing innovative and emerging technology solutions.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on IP and IT‑related matters.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer or law graduate passionate about commercial contracting, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.
- Eager to advise clients on emerging technologies and IP/IT issues.
