About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on lawyer to join our Innovation team as a Commercial/IP/IT Associate. The role focuses on advising clients on commercial contracts and emerging technology matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including agency, reseller and distribution agreements.
- Provide counsel on commercial trade practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Offer IP and IT law advice to support innovative and technology‑driven projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address legal aspects of emerging technologies.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 3–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in commercial contracting and trade practices.
- Experience or strong interest in IP and IT law.
- Ability to work independently and advise clients in fast‑moving tech environments.
