Commercial & Marketing Structuring Mission – Senior Lead, GIS & CRM Experts

About the role

We are seeking three senior consultants to lead a strategic diagnostic and structuring mission for the commercial, marketing and distribution functions of a client operating in the agro‑industry/FMCG sector in West Africa. The mission will involve assessing current practices, designing target operating models and implementing tools to improve market coverage, sales performance and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercial and marketing diagnostic, define the target organization and distribution network.
• Design and implement procedures, KPIs and training programmes for sales managers and field teams.
• Map the distribution network using GIS, collect GPS data, analyse market coverage and identify high‑potential zones.
• Define geographic territories, routing plans and integrate spatial data into the client’s CRM.
• Gather business requirements, design data models, configure and migrate CRM and BI solutions, and build dashboards.
• Provide technical training and change‑management support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in commerce, marketing, geography, GIS, information systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, distribution network design, GIS mapping, or CRM/BI implementation.
• Proven experience in agro‑industry, FMCG or distribution projects in Burkina Faso or West Africa is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diagnostic missions and deliver actionable recommendations.
