Chef de Mission – Structuration Commerciale & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a senior mission leader to drive a strategic diagnostic and structuring project for commercial, marketing and distribution functions. The role involves guiding a team to assess current practices, design a target operating model and implement the new structure across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall mission, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Conduct a comprehensive commercial and marketing diagnostic.
• Define the target organization and design the distribution network.
• Establish procedures, key performance indicators and reporting frameworks.
• Train managers and the sales force on new processes and tools.
• Develop a detailed implementation roadmap and support change management.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (Bac+5) in commerce, marketing, management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial and marketing diagnostics and structuring.
• Experience in agro‑industry, FMCG or distribution, preferably in Burkina Faso or West Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales forces, design territorial organization and drive change.
