Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
